PLANNING TO GET A WIFI PLAN

Hello there,
I am planning to get a wifi plan, I hate using prepaid, because I lost signal most of the time. I need a faster internet. Do you guys know what to consider in getting one?
Who doesn’t need a fast running internet nowadays. My life needs internet to get my job done. I am risking my income for this one, because my salary is so little, but anyway I need to invest for writing and to earn more. Can you help me? Is there any posted wifi that I can carry anywhere, or is there a ready-internet on laptops? I am not well educated on this things. Please help!

I have a wifi as part of my home plan. This one is a combo with phone, cable TV and internet.

I don't like using their wifi... I always bring my pocket wifi... but it is useless now.
