This afternoon, I was lazy going back here because I opted to watch my favorite afternoon TV series. The series started late, so I scrolled down the channels, and then I saw the movie of Tom Cruise that I watched in Kuwait in 1986. It is Top Gun. I really liked the film and also the soundtrack (Take my Breath away). So, I watched a part of the film.
Later, I went out of the house because a vehicle with very loud speakers was stationary in front of our gate. The vehicle was playing a jingle for a person wishing to become our barangay captain.
We have a neighbor (I included him in some of my discussions) who we and others want him to run for the top position; he however declined and he preferred the position of ‘barangay kagawad’. VA is a dedicated ‘kagawad’(councilman) and we can call him for any problem 24/7.
VA is younger than me but he has a top gone. Yes, you read it right. He is a top gone, which means, he is bald (the top is gone) from his top but has hair in his occipital area.
I knew about the other meaning of TOP GUN from a student whose top is gone. My 3rd, 4th, and kid brothers have their tops gone. But they are using bar shampoos that help restore their hair from the top.
If your top is gone, what would you use to regain the lost hair?

Tom Cruise was so lovable in that movie, and he still is. Jack Reacher was also shown yesterday and he is still that handsome.

I'd probably use Rogaine shampoo, as I've known men who used it to reduce their baldness with great results.

i think i have to search for Rogaine on net here in my country. there are some hair products for hair regrowth, and some models for the product are celebrities.

@spiderdust oh, minoxidil? yes i think that hair grower is sold here, and it is quite expensive. a colleague bought a bottle of that and he said it has little or no effect in his bald head.

I've been bald for a long time already. I knew that it runs in the family so I went ahead and shaved my head bald for good. Best decision I made in my life.

the bar shampoo that i use and i made a discussion about has some ingredients that help grow hair. it is patchouli and i am using a better patchouli because it has aloe vera in it.
but my kid brother buys the bar shampoo from Mindanao and he says a bar can be used everyday for several months, and the result is good.

i believe coconut oil and rubbing the scalp with aloe vera sap also help.

yes, i believe genetics also have a part in baldness. i also know that those with curly hair are more prone to getting bald earlier than those with straight hair, at least to what i observe.

Funny. Topgone. I wonder what bar soap your brothers are using? My hisband, no . Not yet top gone but he will be in a dangerzone soon. Lol
