in the city of St. Catharines, If you go downtown on St. Paul Street you will see a lot of city people and transit buses with a lot of traffic, But if you're new to the city you don't seem to see this under the road area that has a bunch of graffiti art on the walls that also connect to doors under the stores above. it's pretty cool because if you look from afar you see the main downtown of St. Paul Street is on a big cliff on a big hill.
