My Cat Mistook my Sisters Pet Rat For One of Her Kittens

Isn't this one of the sweetest photos captured! My sister has a pet rat named Glycerin. He looks so much like my cats as well as the kittens one of our female cats (Tifa) had the other day.
Anyway, we had Glycerin out and Tifa thought he was one of her kittens and was in for a shock when she went to pick him up in her mouth. My daughter caught them touching noses on camera. You can sort of see the look of confusion on her face when she realizes that this is not one of her Kittens.

I´d be terrified if I was the owner of the rat.

Luckily Glycerin (Rat) gets along fine with all the animals! I have pictures of him with Pikachu (My chinchilla). I will have to find those.

That is so adorable. Pets do the cutest things. One of the great things about our pets is that it's never the same show twice. The things they do and how they interact is so entertaining. Sometimes I wonder why in the world we even bother with cable tv.

It's a good thing the cat didn't ate that pet rat.

Oh yuck the cat picked up the rat and put it in its mouth. I have seen very big rats climbing up buildings. I had a cat so we never had problems with them. I am sorry I am not a rat or mouse or hamster fan. I had a hamster once and it ate the babies.

Yes, I can say you love all animals. So, how did the cat react when he or she found out it was a rat and not a kitten in its mouth?
