I guess we all like and enjoy clapping and clapping is very good for our health as well and i think this is the reason why in our school days, we were told to clap at even smaller things and actually its a very good expression and can motivate the other person so its a win win for us and also produces a very nice sound. ]Studies have claimed that clapping can cure heart and lungs related problems and provided relief from Neck pain, joint pain. I heard clapping can increase the blood circulation in brain so most of the Bhajans done by clapping hands. It has many health benefits apart from motivating.

It is very nice exercise to boost up your emotions. I am a special educator and I use clapping a lot for my remedial sessions. I always put a musical rhythm to lessons and let children clap as they learn. I have noticed that it helps a lot to learn and memorize things. It makes you feel better as we all clap for happy occassions
