Unfaithfulness both in relationships and marriage is very rampant nowadays. I believe that, when two people profess love to each other they should be able to keep their words whether in secret or in the open. Also, when people make vow of till death do us part, they should keep it as well. But, in most cases, the reverse becomes the case.
People often give different reasons why they are unfaithful to their partners. But Am just wondering, is there any reason to be unfaithful to one's partner? Why is it hard for some people not to be faithful even in difficult times?
I remember, how the boo of this particular lady went to pay the dowry of another lady whom he impregnated while this lady was in his house. He told her that he wants to travel and see a friend. It was the neighbors that later told the lady what was going on. The lady cried so much, I almost cried with her because the tears was touching.
Is faithfulness in a relationship really difficult as it seems?
No matter what it is, one should try as much as possible to be faithful to their partners even when they are not around.
What could be the possible reasons for unfaithfulness nowadays?

If people do not want to accept to respect their partner, why get married in the first place?

Being faithful is one of the easiest things I have ever done. It's all a matter of character, how you were raised, what your standards are. I don't know why many people are unfaithful, but I can speculate that it could be a lack of communication, a man might feel unworthy of his woman or a female could feel like her man never listens to her. I really don't know. I have read in the 1700's men felt that they were showing their spouses respect by being with someone else. I don't have to think about being faithful, it's as natural as blinking. I don't even want to look at another man, I mean why would I?
