It is no longer tea cups in this household but tea mugs. Nice to do away with that saucer which I sometimes wonder if it was ever necessary unless some preferred to pour their tea in the saucer and drink from there which I would never do.
I got this set online and I am pretty pleased with my purchase. My morning starts with this tea mug

@AKRao24 We used to drink tea frequently - any happy moment called for a cup those days it was the cup and not mug. But now I have restricted it to just twice.

Mugs are so comfortable and they also have more volume if one is in a mood for large potions (lol)

I have tea cups, but what I use are mugs. Years ago we bought a mug in each place we visited with my husband. They lasted a long time. And although neither my husband nor my husband´s mug are here any longer, I can still hear in my memory to serve his tea "up to John Wayne´s ear"

@allknowing And all those mugs bought while we traveled are part of them.

For years we had the tea set out. We even had a tea cozy but now we put the black tea in a flask and mix milk from a packet that we get here. Sugar again is kept separate - to each their own
