A gentleman rescues a dog that was inside a trash bag in Indiana

I am starting to wonder what type of person places a dog inside of a trash bag in Richmond Indiana? The story is kind of bittersweet since Daren Wilson who works with the garbage pickup in Richmond saw a small Black Lab mixed dog who he calls "Coe" inside a garbage bag during his delivery route. Daren who loves dogs took care of the puppy by giving him food and drink since the dog looked it did not eat food for a long time. The catch was that Daren could not take Coe home since he has three other dogs in his home. Daren made the decision to contact Kaysie Chase who is a board member of the 2nd Chance Rescue in Richmond Indiana. Chase has renamed the 9 week old puppy "Kane". She is hoping that someone with a heart of gold adopts Kane to join the family soon.
