What a heck of a strange dream

I have a very interesting dream last night I was taking with my business associate when we all was about to go for dinner but most places are closed so we ended up having dinner at a coffee shop.
Then there was a man with his teenage daughter at the area. They are trying to fight a demon. They managed to drive him away.
In the next scene the demon kind of feed on the girl and it grow to be a handsome being.
I was teleported to the room whereby there are the same girl was there I was trying to know the girl more and a guy who is also there instead of disturbing the girl went for me instead.
Before I could fight him, I woke up.
What the heck and strange is the dream

could it mean the dream is symbolic of something in your present life? like something you hope for but there are obstacles that hinder you from having those?
