The first step for all newbies is to read the Guidelines to learn what is allowed or not on the site. Then you can write a post introducing yourself. Tell us a bit about yourself.
Furthermore, read around as much as you can, Like and Comment on other members' posts. Only then will members come to your site and do the same. This is called interaction.
Don't expect too much money-wise. If you reach $5 a month (the payout limit), you can call yourself lucky.

@MALUSE The more you comment, the more you interact, the more engagement with others, the more you will earn. Just have fun, pretend you are in a cafe and you're talking with your friends. Most of us usually can talk with our friends for hours at a time and always find we have something to say.

The reason that those three pages exist is to answer questions from newcomers and to try to stop the forum being clogged with questions about "How does this work?"

You get back what you put in. The more you engage with other content creators, the more you will get back. I think this is the secret to earning income on the majority of websites similar to this. Comment on what other people are saying, start your own conversations, read the FAQ's and have fun.
