Life of Dr. Kalam(His farther's contribution to his spiritualism)

Dr. Kalam's father taught him the complex meaning of spiritualism. He said that we all are the manifestation of the divine being but we should accept sufferings, try to understand it and do away with it by the grace of God. When Kalam asked his father why didn't he tell these words to the people who came to him to get cured. His father answered that when people are in trouble, they want someone to help them and I am just a means who helps them 'propitiate demonic forces through prayers and offerings.
