I won't be starting dinner for another hour or more but tonight I am making baked crusted tilapia, green beans and mushroom rice. I think Im also going to sautee some onions to toss in with the green beans. I might also pop a loaf of French bread in the oven.
What is everyone else having?

I'm trying something new. I found a bottle of avocado oil mayo when I was shopping this morning. I just took the spaghetti squash from the microwave and am waiting for it to cool, then I will take it, put it in a bowl with some tuna, and onion and the mayo for an interesting tuna salad. I was just wishing I could make a tuna salad a couple days ago, but mayo is not on the diet, but this mayo is, and it's sugar free. I'm looking forward to good results.

@thislittlepennyearns It's delicious!!!!! My tuna salad turned out great. The only thing I'm going to add next time is hard boiled eggs.

but we are having pork chops and whatever else someone, likely daughter, makes with it since she is off tonight from work and seldom does Clay cook. maybe once a month he does.
