A 26 year old woman is thankful that a boat that was in the area where she fell into the Chicago River on Wednesday evening rescued her from drowning. The incident happened near Clark Drive and Wacker Drive when the driver of a boat was driving too fast and when he tried to make a turn, his passenger fell off the boat and into the river. The Chicago Police issued the driver of the boat with a speeding ticket. The young lady who was rescued by a passing boat was admitted to Northwestern Memorial Hospital after she was rescued in the river to be treated for her injuries. Her medical condition was good which means she will survive after her brush with drowning in the river. .

A good deed coming from the people in the boat. Even if she is not drowned. High chance is that she may get hyperthermia

Good thing someone was in the area to save the lady from a terrible fate.
