Milk - Milk is good for you
I like to drink milk,it's good for my bones!But not in breakfast as I will have diahorrea but it's ok any time after breakfast....

I LOVE MILK. It's been my favorite since I can remember. I used to drink about a gallon of it a day. Now that I'm trying to watch my weight, I've had to cut back but I still drink it every day.
