Tammy Bybee who lives in Virginia who works with the law enforcement officials has found a way to assist the police in solving crimes. It all started when a pair of Bloodhounds had a litter of 15 puppies. Tammy has this business of breeding Bloodhounds that she pays out of own salary to donate the dogs to police departments around the U. S. Bloodhounds are the type of dog that are used by law enforcement officials to assist them find clues of missing persons since they have this gift of sniffing scents for a long period of time. I really this business where dogs can be used by law enforcement officials to solve criminal cases instead of staying in animal shelters waiting to be adopted.

I guess her work in law enforcement is the way she donates bloodhounds to other police departments.

I agree with you on this. Their lives are wasted in animal shelters.

At least a dog working with the police will feel better doing something good.

Good story. Nice pic also. , I think Labradors are often used as well as German shepherds. Am I right about this? And someone told me that lots of hound dogs are good for hunting for the same reason, a great sense of smell. As long as I've lived in Dallas, I don't recall any times in seeing a Dallas police officer and a K-9 unit at work but I have seen reports on the local news about it.
