Exercises to Burn Fat Quickly

I Guess these days most like to be slim and fit and its good as well and makes one feel more confident and one more benefit of being slim and fit is cheap clothes. We can easily find our size and no need to check different stores to buy clothes for us and i have heard this from some who are quite healthy that they do need to pay extra for there clothes.
I like to know exercises which can help burn fat quickly.
What are your views about it? Are you aware of any exercises which can help burn fat quickly? Please Share.

@thesupersingh Well, before you eat your breakfast, lunch or dinner drink 2 to 3 glasses of water. Cause that can make you feel full so that you'll not gonna eat many foods. Once you feel that you're starving, you must drink water first before eating.

Hot yoga is actually very good to loose weight but it is not so easy to do. You have to see if your body is compatible to it. You need a good trainer to guide you. It is not for everyone!!

I only like walking. It certainly can't let people lose weight quickly. Anyway, I'm not fat.

You can not deny genetic make up. Some people hog but remain skinny while others put up by just smelling the food

No, I do not know. Maybe not to eat after 18.00... I just try not to have extra weight not to worry how to lose it in future

Cardio exercises are best to loose weight. You have to watch at your diet too. Some weight exercises along with cardio gives best results.
