My forearm is very painful

It is painful but it is not those acute but mildly and constant pain. I do not know how to describe the pain. Any solution?

unless you already know how you hurt it and i not knowing have no advice except go to see the doctor if you don't know what caused it

1. Hot compress. 2. Liniment or ointment.. *** please do not put at same time 3. Pain reliever 4. Muscle relaxant If you try all and is painful still, see a doctor.

although there are home remedies to alleviate the pain, i think it is still best to consult a doctor. if the pain is manageable, well and good. but if not, the doctor can tell you the real cause of the pain. just a suggestion from a heath care provider.
