Have You Ever Tried Stuffed Egg Plants?

I guess most here like the Egg plants and only few don't like. But actually its so very good and can be had in few other ways as well.
One such way is to have them stuffed. In that Egg plants which are smaller in size are stuffed with spices like Salt, Turmeric and Red Chilly powder and then fried in cooking oil and it tastes so yummy.
I'll have that today along with spicy potatoes.

Sounds good. I sometimes add some minced meat to the eggplant , then wrap a layer of flour and fry it with cooking oil.

Yes I like eggplant but never had it stuffed. But it sounds and look good.

I haven't had stuffed eggplant. I think it would be very yummy though. I do love eggplant.

I love that but what I do peel the eggplant after boiling it and I add all spices garlic onions and ground pork(cooked) and pour egg on them to stick them together then fry.
