A lost dog reunites with her owner in Memphis

Talk about a very happy dog and his owner reunion. Kelly Phillips who owns a female black dog named Sapphire was working on his boat on the docks in Memphis on Tuesday when Sapphire went missing when she went for a walk on the cobblestones when she vanished. Kelly sent emails and posters around the Memphis area to find his pet companion. Sapphire then went into the offices of Archer Melmo where Diana Sanders who is an employee with the company saw Sapphire. Sapphire was welcomed by Diana at the offices located on Front Street. Since Sapphire had no chip on her, Diana was thinking of adopting the dog. Then on Wednesday, Kelly went searching for Sapphire when a stranger who had seen the image of Sapphire. Thanks to the work of Diana, Kelly was reunited with his pet dog after Diana took the dog to a veterinarian to check if the dog was okay. The reunion of Sapphire and Kelly brought tears to everyone who saw the reunion. The employees at Archer Malon gave Kelly a generator and a new cell phone after he lost his other cellphone. Kelly plans to stay in Memphis before he travels with Sapphire to his next destination on the Mississippi River.
