Today's topic is Home Management. You all would be wondering what I m talking about as noone has heard about this term. We have heard about Hospitality & Service Management, Business Management, Retail Management etc. Let me throw a light on the term "Home Management". It's a list of activities which are to be managed in home and one expert who does it effortlessly are "women". Everyone has experienced that in their home Ur mom/sister/wife manages to do all household chores, managing the finances, looking after family members all by herself. She does multi-tasking without realising about it and that too effortlessly. Home Management is such a field wherein you don't get any leaves nor are you paid for whatever hardwork you put in running the home. Moreover, it's seen many a times that in some households the family members don't appreciate the work done by women as their thought of them doing it as a duty which she is bound to perform. I personally think that shouldn't be the case as people should respect, love and care for women in their household and should encourage them all the time for the work she is doing. Home Management is a thankless profession in which you generally see your mom doing it all her entire life without having much expectations, financial reward or otherwise. She does it happily for her family members by doing much sacrifices in her life at times. Lastly, just want to request everyone that please give respect, love and care to women in their household, don't belittle them. It's the most noble profession according to me.
