Do you post tags on your response?

When posting a response do you submit tags or skip this part? Does it really help to keep submitting the same tags? I know the reason for doing this I just wonder how many are submitting tags to help others out.

I always submit tags on ym own discussions and sometimes (if I don't forget) I will post tags upon responding to a discussion as well.
