Do You Believe Marriages Are planned In Heaven?

I guess this is a very old saying and it's correct as well as God must have planned one for all of us. It may happen late but it does happen but sometimes we make wrong decisions and may choose a wrong life partner then divorce comes to our rescue. Please don't mind this is just my views.
What Are your views about it? Do You Believe Marriages Are planned In Heaven?

Which heaven and by whom? What i mean is there are many religions and all of them believe in Heaven and keepers are different as per the religion...so i am really confused who decides about the marriages in case of a person converting the religion?

No, the Bible says that God gave us free will to make our own choices. He did give us guidance in the Bible and it says we should “Marry only in the Lord” which means to marry someone who also loves God as we do. And when we have problems in our marriage, He will help us through them if we stay married like we vowed to God we would when we made our marriage vows. That’s my view

I don't believe so.marriages are the result of long discussions,thinking and rethinkings.
