Learning to Swim--Day 35

On this hot afternoon, it was a good day to cool off at the pool and go for a swim. Though it does feel that summer came early, when we're still in the midst of spring season with crazy weather.
Paige once again changed the warm-up routine and flip-flopped last Thursday's routine: 2 laps of the breast stroke. Then she wanted me to do 8 laps of the freestyle with the front crawl at different distances with the cones and life guard chair. Doing that stroke can be a bit exhausting at time. But I've pulled though and made it. Lastly, I did two laps of the breast stroke to wrap up the season.
As for the weather, it's supposed to rain tomorrow afternoon and into Friday night. So there might be a good chance I might cancel swim lessons on Thursday and yoga on Friday night.
If that's the case, I'll tell Paige next week that I won't be able to do it on 6/12 and 6/26 for my cortisone shot recovery period.

@mlgen1037 Yes she is. I had Rachel last fall before she got a new job. Pretty much.

@KristenH I understand. I do not like going out too when it rains. Paige is a good instructor. She makes sure that you stay fit and healthy.
