What's your strenght & weakness?

My mind works better than my hands. This is my strength. My weakness is my on fear. The thing that most successful do is to exploit using their full strenght and use the strenght of others in places of their weakness. Thats what Henry Ford and Bill Gates was doing. They surround themselves with brilliant people to cover their weakness.

My strength is my will power and patience. I have full confidence on my self. My weakness is over confidence. Some time due to overconfidence I have to face many types of losses. Strength and weakness are two sides of the coin so I don’t take it very seriously, but some times I feel, I should not more depend on my confidence.
