......... have I ever had a CM (cast member as employees are called) be so silly as well as her boss.
I have seen videos about the Tomorrowland Transit Authority Peoplemover (usually just called Peoplemover)ride in Tomorrowland, which is an area in the Magic Kingdom park that is in Disney World in Lake Buena Vista, Florida
I am partly handicapped and I know there are no elevators to take you up to get on the ride, but I have seen on the videos that there are esculators to go up and a ramp you can walk up. I can walk up, but cannot ride an esculator. However I do not see a ramp at the exit
Day before yesterday, while I was thinking of it, I called Disneyworld and asked the CM if there was an exit ramp at the people mover ride in Magic Kingdom. The woman told me that she didn't know that she had to put me on hold for a minute or two and ask her boss.
I said OK, that happens time to time . That was not a usual question,so I did not have a problem with it. But, then when she came back she said," My boss told me to tell you that the Peoplemover is run by the Tomorrowland Transit Authority and is in Tomorrowland, not Magic Kingdom. That I need to call Tomorrowland Transit Authority as ask them." LMBO!
