I'm having trouble sleeping lately

Maybe i have so many thoughts in my mind. I usually feel sleepy when it reaches 10 pm, but i stayed up until 12 last night and 3 am the night before
maybe it's because i "daydream" or talk to myself a lot... is that weird?
what do you usually do when you find it hard to sleep?

I watch YouTube videos or Hulu/Netflix but that prolongs my sleeping time. Reading helps me sleep quicker.

@infatuatedbby sometimes, but there are also times that i get so engrossed with the story i read more

@lady1993 You are right. It is harder to put down the phone when you read something interesting haha or when you are talking to someone.

I meditate. I lay down, close my eyes, breath deeply and slowly through my nostrils and slow my thoughts. That usually helps me sleep.
