how can i make my videos off my phone clearer once ive uploaded them to my pc???

please help me anyone,ive important videos off my phone that ive uploaded to my computer but they are really blurry,is there a programme or a download to make the quality any clearer?help!

simple, keep it in the card writer and delete it in the system

geeze mate,im not sure what a card writter is,ive a cable that plugs into my phone and tranfers data,help!!!
