Well as there are different types of cooking oils are available in the market, we all have many choices to try from different oils like brands and this helps as well.
We have tried the Refined oil, Olive Oil but my mom prefer the Mustard oil so we like to cook things in that.
What about you? Which Type Of Cooking Oil You Prefer? Please share.

The use of cooking oil depends on what dish you will cook since different oils have different smoking points.

@thesupersingh good so long as you will not cook food, foods or recipes that require it to be cooked above 250 degrees centigrade then it's just fine.

I prefer vegetable oil. It is easy to find in a supermarket and it costs a medium amount of money. Therefore it is affordable. I asked a chip shop what they cooked their chips in and they said it was none of my business. I just wanted to see if they were vegetarian/vegan.

I use different oils. I use olive oil, vegetable oil and that is nothing more than soy. I also use coconut oil. Sesame oil. Depends on what I am cooking.
