A family that owns a Great Pyrenesse female dog named Kato needed help from the Evergreen Fire Rescue in Colorado to recover their dog who was trapped in a hiking trail on the highest part of the trail on Sunday.
The reason that they could carry Kato from the top of the mountain to the ground of the hiking trail is that the dog weighs 120 pounds.
The Evergreen Fire And Rescue were able to get Kato by the use of a stretcher is because Kato was tired from walking up the hiking trail in Jefferson County Colorado on Sunday.
Kato was returned to his owners by the rescue team alive and well.
