What your experience with crunches to reduce belly fat

I have researching a bit about reducing my belly fat and the best exercise to use and crunches keeps popping up,I'm forced to start the exercise, just want to find out your experience with this exercise with belly fat,is it that effective. Please share your views?

Yes that's right, crunches are the fastest way to burn belly fats, I usually do,side crunch vertical leg crunch and twist crunch.

Spot reduction is a myth so you really can't lose belly fat by crunches. You have to do whole body exercises.

I don't crunch to reduce belly fat. try to juice some beet root and mix it with apple. hope it helps!
