what do you think is the best way to pay sales reps who have a common interest in the same customer.Rep2 will be order taking and the Rep1 was the original rep who has passed this customer over to Rep1.( ie Rep1 will go onto get new business) be is higher ranked that the rep2 who is doing the sales. but rep1 needs to be paid for his/her hard work to get this customer.
