What Is Your Fitness Routine

I combine fitness with my daily chores, activities and work.
I place a pedometer on my shoe in the morning. Then, take it off before bed.
You would be surprised how may steps you can get in just by your day-to-day activities.
I also carry a drink wherever I go.

Drinking adequate amount of water is a good way in reducing unwanted fats. I usually go to jogging every other day and I am also attending gym.

I do not jog. Then, I do not live near a gym.

You have an interesting routine. If I have to go out I go down steps and up them afterwards from the 2nd floor. I do some walking in the morning. I do some exercises too.
