Fine drivers who break signals

Would you suggest in having a camera on every signal? I would.
The second you break a signal the camera captures it and there u go, you are fined. It is so simple, cant understand why it is not done. That is the only way you get people to stop breaking signals. Any suggestions?

What you are saying is right. But only the high authorities know why they haven't took any initiatives.
