The new Philippine 5 cents :)

I was busy counting the coins and segregating it by value when I found this new 5 cents issued by Banko Sentral ng Pilipinas. It's new and it's rare. The size is like the old 5 cents but the color and prints were different and it's cute 
I also got the new 1 peso, 5 peso and 10 peso coins. The design is good but the size difference among the 3 was small so it's confusing. One cannot tell by first look if it's a 1 peso or 5 or 10. I prefer the old coins than the new. in terms of color.
Who else here got new coins?

I hope they change the design to a more distinctive design. It is hard for elders to distinguish them. And also for jeepney drivers too.

I totally agree with you. The color and design is confusing. They should design coins or bill for the benefit of the people and not to confuse us.

@renicemae right. Elders in our location are complaining about it. And in social media too. Also jeepney drivers are dealing witht the confusion. It is hard to drive and sorting change according to them.

Yeah. I don't know what going on with Banko Sentral. The new coins sure look good but it's too confusing.. all has the same color.
