What your longevity routine to live long and healthy

Most success in life needs months and years of doing the right things. People are still very strong and healthy even to their ripe old age because they must have kept a very healthy routine. It good to work toward healthy old age especially in our younger years. What routine are you following that will help prolong your life?

Try to eat less unhealthy food. Try to exercise more. Try to sleep regularly.

Eat right, exercise, I walk over 10,000 steps everyday and try to do more each day then the day before. No drinking or smoking, we will see how long that gives me
