Among the 3 countries, Britain, USA and Australia, whom do you call Cunning?

In Past Britain because they ruled in India not to explain so much i think u have good knowlede of History . and in present USA . in my opinion USA is the only one who we can rewards with this word

I think the USA because for sum reason even when the united nations says no we cant go into what ever country we always find a way to wear we go no matter what they say oh there are weapons of mass distruction but yet we have not found any but bush will kill many people till he gets what he wants. We as usa have some how always gone around the sytem making us cunning but this is just my veiw.

Depends what you base on 'cunning' on. Perhaps you'd find more evidence on cunning throughout Great Britain's empire as the lengthly spell it had and the countries it owned.
