Should all the information be revealed? No! There has to be some form of privacy so that sensitive information isn't leaked out. There are so many individuals willing to risk their freedom "to obtain" information to commit other crimes such as identity theft. There are organized groups which cause problems in order to commit crimes. The mission entails providing the "protection for a country, countries, and the citizens".
