How do you stay motivated to workout

I started my work out routine a while ago and I'm doing both indoors and outdoor exercises but it never easy to stay focus.some days I feel tired and bored to even move a leg,like today couldn't do much because I didn't just feel like.How do you stay focused and motivated. Please share?

Choose the workout that are fun to do..try to do different activities like running one day, walking the other day,dancing,skipping, so that you don't feel bore of doing it

I belong to my local sports entre and I love to do two classes there. These are aqua aerobics and Zumba. I think the dance music helps me stay focused and energised. I know that I will be able to do these exercises for years. Some retired people do them. I like to cycle on my bike to the sports centre. Try listening to uplifting music because it makes the exercise fun.

I just remind myself that i wouldn't achieve what i want in my body if i dont make a move now.

Well, we are the same. I hope that I can do my work out too. I think it will be better to have a company.
