So it was a much anticipated match. A much awaited clash. Portugal has got one of the best contemporary players in Christiano Ronaldo and Spain too has a great squad. Ronaldo had a club teammate playing against him in this match. What a match for Ronaldo. He scored thrice- a hat-trick . Diego Costa scored twice fir Spain and Fernandez Nacho scored one goal. The match ended in a 3-3 score. So in a way neither team supporters would have been disappointed. And a pumped up Ronaldo could be the key in Portugal moving to the last four and may be lift the cup!
