Travelling has become irritating in India these days. The picture here shows standing passengers in an air condition bus from Bhubaneswar to Puri. These passengers have coaked the conductor and driver, bribed him and have got into the bus whose seats were filled up. We were feeling suffocated because of these standing passengers overloading the bus. Now please give your opinion; who is promoting corruption the people standing or the service providers(driver & conductor of the bus? Can we eradicate corruption from our country by using such unfair means? Couldn't these passengers wait for the next AC bus?

Surely, here the corruption is due to the passengers. But that conductor is also at fault as according to rule, he cannot accommodate more than specific number of passengers standing.

This is lack of principles and vested interests of people for their personal gains nurtures the corruption in the Society. Corruption is only flourish if both the parties involved are mutually interested in give a shape to it! Even if one party becomes strict then there would be end to the corruption. Thanks!

@aninditasen Here in my state Rajasthan Government allowed private bus operator to operate bus service parlor to government service. It name is Lok Parivahan Bus service. Fair of this service is some less than government bus service, so people preferred it.On the Drivers of this service is not so much trained so many accident happen due to negligenc of drivers.

So very true. If we the passengers avoid overloading the bus conductors and drivers will automatically stop their unethical practice that is even harmful to other passengers who get suffocated due to overloading.
