More Paper Goodies for the Paper Nerd

I recently received a huge box of goodies from my sister in Canada. She sends us this box at least once a year and it usually contains gifts and other items that we might need or have requested from her. A few months ago she did ask me what I and the kids might want. I asked for activity books for the kids and some herbal tea for me. She did send all these, plus plenty of sketchbooks, notebooks, canvas panels, and drawing pads for me! I thought that was really thoughtful of my sister, because she knows I sketch, paint and journal a lot. I did not ask for these supplies though because I still have plenty in my stash. Nevertheless I'm thankful for her generosity. I just usually keep all the extras for my kids. Sometimes I share a few supplies with my workshop participants. While I like having a good stock of art and journaling supplies in my studio, I can't possibly just keep them for years. So every time I reorganize my things, I make sure to pull out stuff that have been sitting for over 6 months and see how I might put it to good use. Image by Pixabay
