What last thing do you do before sleeping

Do you have a routine that you carried out before sleeping. For me I take a cup of warm coffee,see a movie or read a book then pray before hitting the sack.How about you what do you do?

Every day before I go to bed, I make sure that the light in my daughter's room is off. And make sure she is sleeping.

Coffee doesn't bother me either. I'm drinking a cup now (at 9:30 PM). I usually bring a book or a guitar to bed with me.
