Can you give up phone and computer for just one day?

When it comes to my phone, I need it with me always. It's in my habit. I have seen a lot of people who are just like me when it comes to their phones and computers. Even the thought of giving them up for a single day makes them crazy.
Can you give up your phone and computer for a day?

@anamika161088 If I had other distractions.. Like my camera I could spend hours taking photos.. my pets, I can play with them and feed them, I still have my TV right?! I need that.. lol
I have my car, I can go places..
I think I could survive without my phone for a day.
I often ignore the computer when I am home.. I use it more at work, like I am doing now.

@anamika161088 Almost always. Only when I'm not home do I work on my Chromebook. At home I have my desktop. I don't use any other device for my work. I couldn't anyway, as I'm a writer, and I can't write a book on a phone, iPad, or tablet. I can't even write it on my laptop. It isn't set up with Word. So, yes, 95% of my time is on my home computer.

I depend on my smartphone and computer for may tasks online and offline. I can not go on one single day without them

When we have no other option left then obviously it becomes an obligation for us. But doing it willingly is real difficult I think.

we communicate with my siblings though FB chat, and we use the phones and computers. but i could give these electronics a day rest... when we have power interruption.

Yeah, during Sunday I don't usually used a computer and I don't care if my cellphone beep. Sunday is family day for me.
