What would I do with this mango?

My garden is presently full of fruit trees. When all the trees have some ripe fruit I am planning another experiment with them. I would make guava & mango cubes with their pulp. Pancakes from banana and all the fruits and juices from mango & pomegranate. Do you enjoy gardening, I do, to that extent that my garden looks like a jungle orchard. Here's a picture of my garden's mango.

I make sweet dishes out of raw mango adding sugar or jaggery. I prefer the ripe ones with breakfast.

Nice to know that you love gardening! The mango looks very healthy! I like plants and trees but somehow I don't like plucking the flowers or fruits born by them, so I just restrict myself to ornamental plants or to such plants which don't yield anything to eat! Thanks!

@aninditasen , Agreed, but some how it never appealed me to pluck anything of the plants!

Fruits and vegetables are after all meant for eating. When they are too ripe they fall off from the tree.

I have several fruit trees and sometimes I have so many fruits that I have a problem taking care of them.

I envy you for having a garden full of fruit trees. And that mango is so sweet when it ripens. With all those fruits around you, you can always just pick some to eat each day. Lucky you for having a green thumb.
