How often do you use your diary

Do you keep or have a diary.I have one that I use daily I love to record my daily event .can't stop capturing all the eventful days of my life.I love to look back and see how far I have come through the eye of my dairies. I love to dairies and record on them daily. Do you have a dairy. How often do you record on it?

I have a journal to record random thoughts. But I don't exactly write the daily happenings in my life.

I wish I can do it again but too busy to record my daily activities anymore. So I guess our phone can capture some of our precious moments then we can have our phone as diary.
