Eat Out Is Bad For Health?

I am sure many Believe in this Statement, that eating out is a bad option and not good for their health nor their pocket as well, So this should never be encouraged. of course, we can have food outside at some time or maybe at weekends, like 2-3 times a week but more then that would be a little too much and as its expensive to eat outside so it won't be any good for our pocket and its not good for our health as well as most of the Restaurants, use different types of spices and its excess won't be a good idea. I don't eat much outside and I think it works for me as well. What are your views on it? Do You like to Eat outside sometimes? Do you believe it's not good for our health? Please Share.

Yes I do like to eat outside sometimes. But I prefer food at home coz it's more cheap and healthy.

The food in the restaurant is usually more delicious than that made at home. I think it's all right to eat once in a while.

hahah! Food out is usually better than what I make at home too. However, my husband is an amazing cook and his stuff tops anything eating out.

While eating out my recent concerns are the quality of oil being used in the roadside stalls

it depends on WHERE you go and what you order! For some people, eating out is when they get their only healthy meals that isn't a frozen tv dinner or a bag of chips. Others its just fun! I think its smarter for my family to eat at home more often than not because its cheaper, we can make meals to our needs (allergies), and it is fun more often than it isn't. That doesn't mean I don't like eating out! I don't have to do dishes! hahah We try to go to healthy, affordable places. why spend 30 dollars at burger king getting a few burgers and greasy fries for one meal? for 30 dollars at the grocery store can get hamburger, buns, bag of potatoes, onions, and some condiments and have a FEW meals! That doesn't mean I wont spend 13$ once in a while buying a family meal pack at burger king because we are out on the road, going from doctor to doctor, and kids got to eat! its all a mater of choices and moderation!
