Good At Betting And Lottery?

I see some are very good at betting and lottery and some are really able to make some great money from it as well
Betting isn't legal in India but still its been tried by some behind the curtains but Lottery is allowed and that's why I see many are trying it.
But I'm not good at it and never ever won any money from it and that's why I feel that God wants me to work hard for my share of money and I'm trying to do that.
What are your views about it? Are Good At Betting And Lottery? Have you ever won a decent amount like that? Please share.
