Could you talk on the phone all day long?

Hello my friends. Today, I would like to chat about excessive usage of the phone's voice conversations. During my life I have seen a few people who were talking on the phone a little too much in my opinion. I once had a room mate during my student years which was almost all the time talking on the phone. I think that it is not an exaggeration if I say that he was talking at least 10 hours out of 24 on the phone. At the current working place where I am, I noticed a similar thing happening. One of the guys that works for the same company is almost all the time talking on the phone but in his case he is mostly talking about job related stuff, not about random stuff that that dude that I mentioned above was talking with his girlfriend and with his family and friends. You know how some people chat on the phone? After he hangs out to one person, he immediately calls another one or is called about another one and they go on and chat with that one too. And then another one calls and so on and it seems as if it never ends. How about you my friends? Do you think that you could chat on the phone that much?

@MALUSE So, you can only make phone calls from that phone but not receive any? Is that how you set the phone to be or is it that this is just how the phone is made to be used?

@Cristi_Ichim Not for me. I do have a mobile phone with which I can call my husband on the landline when I'm not at home and there is something I have to tell him. For example that the train is late or things like that. But I can't be called on the mobile phone.

Hi Cristian. If it is personal, I could talk for hours. If business related, I wouls rather talk personally and not thru phone.

What you think about those that are chatting on the phone while driving?

@Cristi_Ichim Honestly, we cannot serve two gods. Either you chat and stop the car or you drive without the need to chat.

No. I couldn't. If it is a family member, close friends or relatives then it's fine, otherwise no..

When I was a teenager, I did talk on the phone a lot. But now, forget it, I avoid it as much as I can.

I personally don't like calls through phone. I could last for hours in voice chat though with someone who's far away from me (in another country). It's not tiring if you talk using skype or whatever if you do some stuff like playing games or watch movies together online. As for work, I wouldn't want to be always on the phone. I prefer to be quiet, alone, and concentrate on my job lol. Certain people do talk through the phone cause it's necessary for them. It's easier to understand the other person if you call them rather than email/texts.

I see people like that all the time. A common affliction in today's society.
