Censor Images of Healthy Children?

Should officials censor images of healthy children? A lot of children have health problems; seeing healhty children may make those children feel bad about themselves.

I don't think they should, it is something they'll come acrosss frequently but this isn't a perfect world, adverts should also incorporate children that do suffer with health problems or dissabilities.
