Stress is an inevitable part of human life. There are days when the stress levels are at the peak. Every person adopts different methods of dealing with stress. For me.the greatest stress buster is to have a brisk walk. It helps me a lot to rejuvenate myself and get prepared to get set go again. Another thing which helps me a lot is to go for shopping. It is an all time stress buster for me provided I have enough funds. What is your stress buster?

I go to the beach, library, or a walk to nowhere in particular. Shopping adds to the stress for me! siva

@amitkokiladitya During the time that i am still in our hometown, my stress is to ride a tricycle going to town and feel the cold breeze while travelling. Or sometimes, i also do dancing with a very loud music.

For me to eliviate stress I like to go to YouTube and find my uplifting music to unwind with. A colleague of mine recommend writing your thoughts and feelings getting it out of you this way so you don't explode. I do brisk exercise like aerobics too to shake off stress too. I also watch cat videos at YouTube to laugh too which rids stress tremendously.

For me it is not to deal with that which causes it. Time will diffuse it somewhat.
